Early voting for the 2026 Nevada primary opened Saturday, May 23 and runs through Friday, June 5. Any voter registered in Clark County may cast a ballot at any official Clark County early-voting site, regardless of which neighborhood they live in.
What's on the ballot
The primary decides each party's nominees for the November 3 general election. For Clark County Commission District E voters, the Republican primary will choose between Manny Kess and Randolph "Randy" Rose. The Democratic primary will choose between incumbent Tick Segerblom (running unopposed for renomination).

- U.S. military ID
- U.S. passport
- Tribal ID

Vote by mail
Mail ballots are sent to all active registered voters in Nevada. Return your ballot by mail (postmarked by Election Day) or drop it in any official drop box during early voting or on Primary Day. Track your mail ballot status on the Nevada Secretary of State's site.
Help us spread the word
Most voters who skip primaries don't skip them on purpose — they skip them because they don't know one is happening. The single most useful thing a supporter can do this week is send three friends the link to mannykess.com/vote and ask if they have a plan.
