About Manny

Entrepreneur. Father. Neighbor.
Builder.

Manny Kess is an entrepreneur, investor, and community leader with more than two decades of experience building and leading businesses in highly regulated, competitive environments. He came to Nevada 14 years ago and built The Kess Group from the ground up — working with athletes, entertainers, business leaders, and the families who make Southern Nevada home.

Above all, Manny is a father. His daughter drives his commitment to safer neighborhoods, responsible leadership, and long-term opportunity for the next generation of Clark County kids.

Where Manny Stands

Four issues. One framework: results, measured publicly.

These aren't talking points. They're the issues real families across District E deal with every day — and they deserve real solutions, in plain language, with deadlines.

Homelessness & Public Safety

Compassionate outreach. Real shelter and stabilization beds. Smart, consistent enforcement that protects neighborhoods. Quarterly public reporting by area — including District E hotspots — so progress is transparent.

Revitalizing the Commercial Center

The County has spent more than $12 million acquiring property. Now the community deserves a public roadmap with deadlines. Lighting, cleanliness, safety, parking, and code compliance — addressed first, year one.

Affordability & Cost of Living

The median home price is near $490,000. We need to expand housing supply, cut delays that drive up costs, and measure success by how many homes are actually built and occupied each year — not by how many ribbon-cuttings get scheduled.

Government Accountability

Spending tied to measurable outcomes. Contracts reviewed on performance, not relationships. Ethics and disclosure standards that are straightforward, consistently applied, and accessible to the public.
